Helen joined the Memphis Rum Club after becoming enamored with the art of cocktail making and wanting to further her interests in the cross-cultural communication of spirits. She greatly enjoys a happy hour with friends (virtual or in-person!) and loves to experiment with perfecting her recipes and trying out different cocktail recommendations. You can find her on the weekends at the Farmer’s Market looking for goodies, walking her three dogs at Shelby Farms, or searching for the perfect cup of iced coffee.
Cocktail of choice: A not-so-classic Daiquiri with split rum bases and syrup riffs

I'm looking forward to: a trip to Barbados and one day doing a tiki tour of the U.S. (Smuggler’s Cove and Foundation, here I come!)
